The staff members were efficient and top-class. the room was comfy and new-fashioned with a mountain view. - We appreciated having a bathtub. - the location was quiet and magnificent by the volcano.

The twin room at Hotel Victoria was cozy with a flat-screen TV, cool air conditioning, and a splendid mountain view. It felt like a homely retreat after a busy day of work, perfectly catering to my needs as a business traveler.

Personality, I found the lack of hot water a bit inconvenient, but others might not mind.
